Welcome to Chakuero ("we," "us," or "our"). We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your information responsibly. This Privacy Policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, how we use and share it, and what choices you have when you visit chakuero.net (the "Site") and use our AI image generation services (the "Services").

Chakuero is intended solely for adults aged 18 or older. By accessing or using the Site, you confirm that you meet this requirement and you agree to this Privacy Policy.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Information You Provide

Images you upload. Photographs and illustrations you submit for processing.
Prompts and generation settings. The text prompt and the options you choose (for example colour, pattern, angle) for each generation.
Account information. If you create an account, your email address and authentication details. Creating an account is optional — see section 2.
Payment information. If you purchase credits, billing details are collected and processed by third-party payment providers. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
Correspondence. Messages you send us, for example support requests.

1.2 Information Collected Automatically

Usage data. IP address, approximate country derived from it, browser and device type, pages viewed, and timestamps.
Generation records. Metadata about each generation, such as when it was submitted, which template was used, its status, and how many credits it consumed.
Cookies and similar technologies. Used to keep you signed in, remember preferences such as language, and measure aggregate usage.

We do not knowingly collect special categories of personal data beyond the content you choose to upload, and we ask that you do not upload such data.

2. Using the Site Without an Account

You can generate an image and view the free thumbnail preview without registering. When you use the Site this way, we still process the image you upload, your prompt and settings, and the automatically collected information described above — a guest session is associated with the generation so that we can return your result to you.

An account is required only to download or save full-resolution images and to keep a persistent library of your results.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

Run the generation you requested and deliver the result to you.
Store your results so you can return to them, and let you delete them.
Process payments for credits and send related confirmations.
Respond to support requests.
Monitor for abuse, enforce our Terms and Conditions, apply rate limits, and detect fraud.
Measure aggregate usage so we can improve reliability and quality.
Comply with legal obligations and to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

We do not use your uploaded images or generated results to train AI models, and we do not publish them or make them available to other users.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only in these circumstances:

Service providers. Cloud storage, hosting, compute, email delivery, payment processing, and analytics providers who process data on our behalf under contractual confidentiality obligations.
Legal requirements. Where required by applicable law, regulation, legal process, or an enforceable governmental request.
Safety and enforcement. Where we believe disclosure is reasonably necessary to investigate suspected abuse of the Services, including the creation of non-consensual or unlawful imagery, or to protect the rights and safety of any person.
Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this Privacy Policy.

5. Storage and Retention

Uploaded images and generated results are stored in access-controlled cloud storage. Files are served through time-limited signed links rather than public URLs.

Account holders. Your results remain available in your account until you delete them or close your account.
Guest generations. Results created without an account are retained only for a limited period and are then removed automatically.
Deleted content. When you delete a result, it stops being visible and accessible to you immediately and is purged from storage on our routine cleanup schedule.
Records we must keep. Transaction records and abuse-related logs may be retained longer where required for accounting, security, or legal purposes.

6. Data Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encrypted transport, private storage buckets, expiring signed links, and access controls. No system is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your Choices and Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

Access a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
Correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete.
Delete your results or your account and the personal information associated with it, subject to our legal retention obligations.
Object to or restrict certain processing.
Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
Opt out of marketing email by using the unsubscribe link in any such message.

You can delete individual results, or your whole account, from within the Site. For anything else, contact us at support@chakuero.net. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

8. Cookies and Analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember your language and display preferences, and understand aggregate usage through analytics providers. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; doing so may prevent parts of the Site from working properly.

9. Third-Party Links

The Site may link to third-party websites, including payment providers. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices, and we encourage you to read their privacy policies.

10. Children's Privacy

The Site is strictly for adults aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18, and we prohibit uploading images of minors. If we learn that we have collected such information, we will delete it and terminate the associated account.
